Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead store staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and accurate sales reporting.
  • Assist in training and motivating team members to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with the Area Manager regarding operations, staffing, and store updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and basic reporting.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Open to assignment in different llaollao branches as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
