Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead store staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Ensure proper cash handling and accurate sales reporting.
- Assist in training and motivating team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the Area Manager regarding operations, staffing, and store updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and basic reporting.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Open to assignment in different llaollao branches as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
