Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations including sales reporting, bank deposits, cash management, and budget control.
  • Supervise staff performance, enforce brand standards, prepare weekly schedules, and handle replacements or evaluations.
  • Manage customer orders, cash handling, brewing processes, and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving supplies, verifying deliveries, conducting stock counts, and ordering replenishments.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive store growth by proposing menu ideas, implementing sales strategies, and attracting/retaining customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, a diploma or certification in Food & Beverage; coffee industry certifications is a plus
  • At least 5 years of solid barista experience in a reputable coffee chain
  • Strong expertise in coffee roasting, espresso extraction, latte art, and advanced preparation techniques.
  • Skilled in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining professional coffee machines and equipment.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety regulations, with strong business acumen, management capability, and good math skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
