Front Desk (Remote) – Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Front Desk Staff to support our operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a background in remote commercial property management.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong Communication: Handle phone calls clearly, professionally, and courteously.
- Instruction Handling: Quickly and accurately execute instructions from the CEO and management while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Commercial Property Operations Experience: A background in remote commercial property operations is essential.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, manage email correspondence, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Research & Procurement: Conduct online research to support procurement and vendor selection tasks efficiently.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Salary: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (fixed monthly)
- Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (California Time) | 11:30 PM - 8:30 AM (Manila Time)
- Includes a 1-hour lunch break and 10-minute breaks every 4 hours
Additional Benefits:
- 13th Month Pay: Granted to staff who meet performance expectations during the 3-month probationary period
- Paid Leave: Up to 21 paid leave days annually
- Leave credits begin accruing at 1 per month after completing the first full month of employment
