About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.' Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth financial operations of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and support
  • Participating in the implementation of financial processes and systems

What we're looking for

  • B.S. Accountancy
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite, Quickbooks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting practices and regulations
