Job Title:** ACCOUTING STAFF

Our Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. If you are passionate about numbers, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.

- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Supervisor.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply).

- Proficiency in accounting software SAP, or similar and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- [Optional: CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.]
