About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused
Placement
Specialist
to join our Recruitment Team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their staffing needs, collaborate with Sales and Account Management Teams, and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a vital part in building strong client relationships while delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management Teams to confirm and understand client staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with the HeadHunting team to align client requirements with suitable virtual staff members.
  • Source candidates from our talent pool, conduct interviews, and vet qualifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Facilitate
    Placement Calls
    between clients and candidates to complete staffing requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of client preferences, job briefs, and recruitment progress.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to clients regarding their staffing requests.
  • Track and analyze recruitment and placement outcomes to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance efficiency and ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and databases is an advantage.
  • Customer service mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience with virtual staff placement is a plus.
