Stratton Studios is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across performance and brand channels. You'll drive results for game launches, studio initiatives, and strategic content drops—helping us connect the right players to the right experiences at the right time.

You'll work closely with marketing, creative, and publishing teams to shape campaign strategies, experiment with new formats, and turn insights into action. This is a role for someone who loves testing, tracking, and scaling what works.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Applovin, and game-specific UA platforms
  • Develop audience strategies using first-party data, lookalikes, and platform tools to reach and convert target segments
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives that perform across placements
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and proactively manage pacing to hit KPIs
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, surfacing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to refine creative, audience, and placement strategies
  • Coordinate with external partners, influencers, or publishing teams to align paid campaigns with broader launches

What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience running paid media campaigns in the gaming industry.
  • Must have sound knowledge of the following platforms:

  • AppsFlyer

  • Amplitude
  • AppLovin
  • Iron Source

  • Proven experience running paid media campaigns in games, entertainment, or digital-first brands

  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Applovin, and other game UA platforms (e.g. ironSource, Unity Ads, Chartboost)
  • Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, attribution models, and funnel optimization
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
  • Data-driven thinking with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience working with creative teams on performance-focused asset production

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with mobile game marketing or UA for live-service games
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Mixpanel
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and how organic and paid content work together
  • Experience with international campaigns or regional targeting
  • Background in influencer partnerships or social boosting strategies
  • Understanding of brand safety, compliance, and platform ad policies
