Social Media Assistant Wanted (Philippines-Based)

We are a small integrative design firm looking for a creative Social Media guru to help grow and elevate our online presence. Our work is rooted in art, high-end architecture, and design, so it's important that the content is authentic and unique to us. This position will be a temporary campaign with the hope to bring the right candidate on for a long-term working relationship.

Platforms to focus on:

  • Instagram (main priority)
  • LinkedIn (professional updates)
  • Pinterest (visual curation + inspiration)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designer to create engaging posts aligned with my brand's voice and aesthetic
  • Manage a consistent posting schedule
  • Repurpose content across platforms
  • Suggest creative ways to grow an authentic following
  • Perform light SEO tasks (keyword research, optimizing website/blog content, backlinks where possible)
  • Monitor analytics and suggest improvements

Ideal Candidate:

  • MUST be collaborative, flexible, and open to feedback
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Eye for high-end design and storytelling, someone who values authenticity over clickbait
  • Experience managing social media for creative/design brands preferred
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented (details are very important to us)
  • Understanding of SEO basics (keywords, ranking factors, content optimization)
