We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media strategy, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to achieve the companies business objectives
  • Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results
  • Create stunning graphics, edit raw videos, create engaging shorts/reels.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social channels
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships and grow the brand's presence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and community engagement
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using social media management tools
  • Keen eye for design and a good understanding of visual storytelling
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations
