We seek a Junior AU Accountant to support daily
accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data entries. The
ideal candidate for this role should assist in preparing financial reports
while maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role is critical
for facilitating efficient month-end processes and contributing to overall
financial integrity

What
You'll Do 

  • Record and classify daily financial transactions, including
    journal entries and general ledger updates.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and
    other financial reports monthly.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and
    intercompany transactions to identify discrepancies.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including
    invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Help with budget preparation, variance analysis, and
    forecasting activities as needed.
  • Contribute to audit preparations by compiling supporting
    documents and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor expense reports for policy compliance and process
    reimbursements accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting
    procedures and implement internal controls.

Requirements

What You
Bring 

We're looking for someone who: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP or any
    similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and
    trends.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and
    external parties.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
    environment.
