What You'll Do

  • Utilize your expertise to handle the following tasks:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll Processing
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • BAS & IAS Preparation
  • Experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted account's role
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Knowledge of accounting, data, contracts, and administrative management practices and procedures.
  • Working with complex information.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Knowledge of plant & equipment, desirable but not essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience across various accounts systems and software.
  • Proven ability to calculate and manage financial records.
  • A high attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy.
  • Good relationship building skills and ability to be self-motivated.
  • Being thorough and forward thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Process Improvement: an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Why You'll Excel in This Role

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (e.g., Finance, Taxation).
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping.
  • Experience in using up to date technology such as Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks
  • High attention to detail and precision, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential issues and provide clients with effective solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
