We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of renewable energy and related infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning and turnover. This role will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives and maintain compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage assigned renewable energy projects from construction to handover.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information across stakeholders.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers and contractors to ensure capability, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and opportunities, recommending corrective actions when needed.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Project Execution and Operations & Maintenance teams for smooth project turnover.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Support contract administration and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in project close-out activities, including claims resolution and documentation handover.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Professional License preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within power generation, renewable energy, or construction industries.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
  • Advantage: Experience working with EPC contractors, OEMs, or utility companies.
