The Project Management Head will support the ERP Implementation Project Director in

performing the following tasks:

Project Planning & Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders

  • Conduct risk assessment and prepare mitigation plans

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams

  • Assign tasks to team members based on skill sets

  • Track progress using project management tools

  • Coordinate quality assurance and testing processes

  • Manage resource allocation and workload

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular status update to stakeholders and executives

  • Facilitate project meetings (e.g. planning, reviews)

  • Manage changes in scope, timelines or resources

  • Resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders

Monitoring & Control

  • Monitor and track the project budget and expenditures

  • Ensure quality control on deliverables

  • Manage project schedule and task dependencies

  • Document project progress, decisions and changes

Project Closure

  • Ensure delivery of final project outcomes and handover

  • Transition project knowledge to operations or maintenance teams

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process improvements based on project experiences

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies effectively

And other tasks necessary to carry out project management function successfully.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
