Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Sola Builders' construction and expansion projects—from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. This role requires ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and safety standards. In addition, the Project Manager may assist in business development by identifying opportunities to extend services to external clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, including branch build-outs, commissary facilities, and renovations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
  • Oversee project documentation, permits, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate project reports, cost tracking, and updates to management.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Pepa Wings' commissary, franchising, and operations teams to align project needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Present project updates, risks, and solutions to management and franchise owners.

Business Development (Supporting Role)

  • Assist in identifying potential external clients for Sola Builders' services.
  • Support in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and presentations when needed.
  • Maintain relationships with potential partners and subcontractors to strengthen business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
