Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee and execute projects across creative, marketing, and digital teams. You will be responsible for managing project scopes, timelines, and resources while ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in handling cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
  • Communicate project updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality standards and documentation across all phases
  • Use tools like ClickUp and Instagantt for tracking and visibility
  • Support pitch presentations and contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Stay updated on industry trends to apply best practices in project execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in creative or digital industries
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proven leadership and collaboration across diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Instagantt)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
