G2 Ocean is seeking a document analyst to join their team in Manila, Philippines.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Documentation Analyst will be responsible for providing close support to the Cargo Documentation, Customs Filing, and Reports/System Administration as per the agreed scope.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle Cargo Documentation such as Bill of Lading approval as per SOP and trade requirements. Ensure that signed BL and Manifest are received as per required deadline.

  • Prepare BL in System for the agreed trade that requires input to the system.
    • Prepare and submit necessary FMC Filing, Customs and Manifest (container, BL manifest, ships equipment) inaccordance with applicable laws being adhered in a timely manner.

  • Prepare LOI for STC Vessels timely and accurately.Coordinate Contract Management according to the required timeline and signatory.

  • Ensure system data quality and accuracy as per KPI.

  • Provide support to the Report and System Management base on the agreed scope and responsibilities.

  • Support the team in continuous task distribution for proper workload balancing and strengthening a backup system asneeded.

  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Shipping / Customs related courses

Preferably with good background in handling Bill of Ladings or have Customs-related training.

With at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Working within a diverse functional team; can deal with different level of organization

The jobholder will need to have a good level of logical, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferably with advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially excel and can create basic report is an advantage.

Preferably with knowledge of Business process strategies, particularly time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php33,000.00 per month
