About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team of Net Pacific, Inc.', a leading construction company in the Philippines, as a Project Manager (Civil Engineer). As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of civil engineering projects in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your expertise and contribute to the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  3. Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimise project performance
  4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  6. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and expectations
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  3. Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  6. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
  7. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  8. Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite
  9. Proficiency in multiple project management software platforms
