We are looking for a Finance Manager with hotel background to join our team. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for career development within the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Manage the hotel's budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hotel's overall business objectives
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in a finance management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in the use of financial and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in San Miguel Manila near Malacañang, Ayala bridge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
