What the day will look like

Placement (Renewal list and monthly endorsements)

Transmittal of sales invoices to client
-
Coordinate with insurer on Collection of payments
-
Coordinate with client for any lacking information/ additional requirements
-
Sending of OR details to CLI contact
-
Sending of follow up/ payment reminder to client
-
Invoice reconciliation for aging receivables
-
Endorsement to insurer for Cancelled/Fully Paid/Recontract
-
Inform client of buyer's with OverNEL
-
Create booking request via Inflow
-
Provide monthly summary of bookings to account management
-
Monitoring quarterly remittance of service fee of insurer to client
-
Monitoring yearly remittance of refund for OverNEL accounts
-
Handle other large accounts from commercial risk
-
Support in the booking of commercial risk accounts

This role will support in servicing MRI requirements for clients and other commercial risk accounts. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Candidates with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (graduate of any 4 – year course)

Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

Personable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
