What the day will look like

• Placement (Renewal list and monthly endorsements)
• Transmittal of sales invoices to client
• Coordinate with insurer on Collection of payments
• Coordinate with client for any lacking information/ additional requirements
• Sending of OR details to CLI contact
• Sending of follow up/ payment reminder to client
• Invoice reconciliation for aging receivables
• Endorsement to insurer for Cancelled/Fully Paid/Recontract
• Inform client of buyer's with OverNEL
• Create booking request via Inflow
• Provide monthly summary of bookings to account management
• Monitoring quarterly remittance of service fee of insurer to client
• Monitoring yearly remittance of refund for OverNEL accounts
• Handle other large accounts from commercial risk
• Support in the booking of commercial risk accounts

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Candidates with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (graduate of any 4 – year course)
• Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Curious and willing to learn
• Good time management
• Personable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive and a self-starter
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
