Amazon Account Manager, you will lead day-to-day marketplace operations, optimize listing performance, and collaborate closely with the UK-based team on advertising strategies. This role requires an experienced Amazon operator who combines strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, a solid grasp of Amazon policies and tools, and the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional and international teams. ResponsibilitiesAccount Health Monitoring – Proactively monitor Amazon Seller Central account health metrics (e.g., policy compliance, performance alerts), troubleshoot risks, and ensure swift resolution to maintain operational continuity.
Listing Management – Oversee the accuracy, keyword optimization, and policy compliance of all product listings; coordinate with internal teams to execute timely updates and improvements. Case Management – Manage all communications with Amazon Seller Support and escalate issues as needed, including listing suppressions, intellectual property claims, and reinstatements. Team Leadership – Provide supervision and task delegation to junior account managers, ensuring timely delivery of daily operational tasks and assisting in skill development where needed.
Team Coordination – Keep all stakeholders, especially UK-based team members, aligned with regular updates on account performance and marketplace developments. PPC Oversight – Monitor Amazon advertising performance at a high level; identify trends, flag issues, and collaborate with the UK-based PPC Manager to implement improvements and maintain ad efficiency. Tool Utilization – Use tools such as Helium10 for keyword research, listing audits, and competitive analysis.
Leverage additional tools and automation platforms to support ad review and marketplace research. Competencies And QualificationsMust-Have5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in a B2C eCommerce environment.
At least 1 year team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, listing standards, and retail readiness requirements. Proficiency with Helium10 and its core modules (Cerebro, Listing Analyzer, Index Checker, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage expectations and align globally distributed teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple workflows with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Nice-to-HaveExperience with Amazon Vendor Central account management. Working knowledge of tools such as DataDive, Keepa, or similar platforms for product and competitor research.
Familiarity with PPC automation platforms like AdBrew, Funnel, or similar. Experience using collaboration and task management tools like ClickUp and Microsoft Teams. Culture-FitInventive and
