Amazon Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated e-commerce professional to oversee Amazon accounts, guarantee policy adherence, and boost sales performance.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing Amazon accounts, and a solid understanding of health and supplement products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits and monitor Amazon accounts for policy violations, health warnings, and performance notifications.
  • Manage inventory levels and forecast sales and inventory needs effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address negative reviews and perform related customer service tasks diligently.
  • Submit cases for reimbursement claims and coordinate product shipments to Amazon efficiently.
  • Monitor Best Seller Badges performance on a daily and weekly basis, suggesting improvements strategically.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Amazon policies for compliance and capitalize on new opportunities proactively.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving growth targets on Amazon.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
