About the role

Join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as an Amazon Specialist. In this full-time role based in Davao City Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our clients' Amazon marketplace presence. As a key player in our Digital & Search Marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to optimise product listings, manage campaigns, and analyse data to deliver outstanding results.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage end-to-end Amazon seller account setup and optimisation
  2. Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify opportunities
  3. Optimise product listings for enhanced visibility and conversions
  4. Create and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and Amazon DSP
  5. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall Amazon presence
  7. Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on account performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with an Amazon brand and its products – we're looking for someone with real, practical experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
  2. Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, A+ Content, Brand Registry, and PPC campaigns
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  4. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and presentation skills
  5. Experience with product launches and catalog management on Amazon
  6. Strong communication and project management skills
  7. Proven track record of driving growth and optimising Amazon accounts
  8. Excellent understanding of Amazon's algorithms, advertising, and selling best practices
  9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  11. Proficiency in using Amazon seller tools and third-party software
