Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our team under a short-term fixed contract. As a Chat Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions through real-time messaging channels. The ideal candidate is experienced in customer support, knowledgeable about cosmetics, and able to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service while working independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat support platforms.
  • Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and solutions tailored to customer needs—especially in relation to cosmetics.
  • Assist customers with order status, product usage, troubleshooting, billing concerns, and general inquiries.
  • Offer empathetic and customer-focused solutions while maintaining a positive and engaging tone.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify customer concerns and take appropriate action to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams following established protocols.
  • Follow up on unresolved concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical & Administrative Tasks

  • Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Maintain awareness of ongoing promotions, product updates, and policies.
  • Adhere to performance metrics such as response time, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain consistent attendance for the entire 22-day contract period.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills while working under shifting schedules.
  • Uphold company values, confidentiality standards, and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (chat support experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Filipino, both written and reading comprehension.
  • Must have a personal laptop/desktop with at least an Intel i3–i5 processor (or equivalent).
  • Knowledgeable in cosmetics, including product categories, basic ingredients, application techniques, and customer concerns related to beauty products.
  • Ability to multitask, type efficiently, and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Stable internet connection suitable for continuous online communication.
  • Ability to work 22 consecutive days with a positive and professional attitude.
