We are a member-only Travel Industry Agency, looking for skilled and experienced agents to provide committed, multi-level customer support to our customers.

Key responsibilities involve critical thinking to resolve issues, maintaining product knowledge and travel-based support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and confident, positive service. Core responsibilities

  • Customer communication: Interact with US-based, English-only customers through various channels like phone calls, live chat, and email.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Travel information provision: Provide personalized information about the company's travel offerings and make suggestions when needed about destinations and accommodations.
  • Financial processing: Handle tasks such as processing payments, and managing secure credit card information.
  • Record maintenance within the CRM: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key skills

  • Significant Travel Industry Experience and a formal education in Travel/Tourism is strongly encouraged.
  • Communication: Excellent English-Language verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-solving: The ability to think critically and find solutions to customer problems.
  • Empathy: Understanding and sharing the feelings of customers.
  • Patience: Remaining calm and composed, especially during difficult interactions.
  • Product knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services the company offers.
  • Adaptability: The ability to handle a variety of situations and customer needs.
