Teacher Loan Account Officer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Origination & Growth

    Proactively source and acquire new teacher loan clients, achieving volume, profitability, and quality targets.
  • Portfolio Expansion

    Deepen relationships with existing clients to expand portfolio coverage and loan penetration.
  • Financial Assessment & Proposal Development

    Analyze clients' financial profiles and prepare well-structured loan proposals with sound credit recommendations.
  • End-to-End Loan Processing

    Manage the entire loan cycle—from documentation to submission and disbursement—ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Credit Quality & Compliance

    Monitor loan accounts post-booking, maintain documentation integrity, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Sales & Client Engagement

    Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to enhance satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Coordinate with credit analysts, operations, and collections to resolve concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience handling teacher loans or related products in a financial institution
  • An existing portfolio of teacher clients is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused, with strong sales and account management capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of loan systems and local banking regulations is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional events
