Role Description

  • The role is responsible for managing the portfolio for the Award for Teachers (Academe) of the Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos.
  • Organize and implement various programs, projects, and initiatives related to the program
  • Nurture relationships between institutional and program partners, collaborators, and alumni networks
  • Spearhead and/or support alumni-related initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Science, Development Studies, Development Communication, or other related fields.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in managing/implementing programs and projects
  • Skilled in project management, program administration, and event management
  • Strong communications skills and experience in relationship management
  • Preferably with network in the academe
  • Proficient in digital productivity and social communications tools
  • Experienced in managing and facilitating in-person and digital events
  • Must be willing to report on site (Makati City)
