
Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Handle regular reorders, incoming purchase orders (POs), and price study checks (approx. 80% of tasks).
- Source and evaluate local suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain supplier database and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth inbound and inventory flow.
- Monitor market trends, new product opportunities, and competitor sourcing strategies.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews (quality, lead times, service levels).
- Work closely with category managers to identify fast-moving items and replenish stock accordingly.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience (e-commerce, retail, or trading preferred).
- Knowledge of the Singapore supplier landscape (wholesalers, distributors, local manufacturers).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; ERP/procurement system experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
