Position: Store Operations Support

Location: Easy Cebu (near Sto. Niño and CCLEX)

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8 hours/day

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Operations Support staff who will help ensure smooth day-to-day store activities. The role includes checking and releasing correct items to customers, assisting in inventory and stocking, handling order fulfillment, keeping the store clean and well-maintained, and providing customer service. Candidates with basic technical or repair skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify accuracy of items before releasing to customers
  • Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and replenishment
  • Handle order preparation and fulfillment for pick-up or delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of store areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Perform minor repairs or maintenance work as needed
  • Provide assistance and courteous service to customers
  • Support store operations and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Preferably with basic technical, handyman, or repair skills
  • Experience in inventory, stocking, or similar store operations work is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Fast learner with good work ethic and diligence
  • Highly dependable, passionate about work, and committed to excellent attendance
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work independently or with a team
  • Willing to take on varied tasks to support store operations
