This full-time Store Supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at TEVIANT', a leading retailer in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. Based in the vibrant city of Cebu City Cebu, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of one of our flagship stores.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and directing the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  2. Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock control to maximise profitability
  3. Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  4. Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain store standards
  5. Delegating tasks, providing training, and supporting the development of your team
  6. Analysing store performance data and making recommendations to improve operations
  7. Liaising with the regional management team to align with broader business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or Retail Manager, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
  5. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and budgeting
