Store Manager role involves providing efficient and friendly service to customers and ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and quality of product are maintained. Store Manager are expected to competently manage cash values and complete all shift sales reports and till balancing on all shifts. In addition, Store Manager are expected to ensure that their store is rightfully resourced for both manpower and supplies to serve the consumer demand. Store Manager should support the baristas through regular coaching and developmental interventions

Reports:

● Daily inventory

● Daily usage and wastage

● Cups monitoring

● Reconciled shift report, petty cash and change fund

● Store operations checklist

● Manpower rostering

Daily task:

● Deposit the sales

● Breaking system

● Monitor the operations

● Report the sales every shift

● Checking all the task and side duties of his staffs

● Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area

● Support barista during peak periods

● Consolidate all the store reports (Production and Wastage)

● Provides inputs to Area Manager on staff evaluation

● Escalation of store issues to the Area Manager.

● Responsible for the delivery of sales and cost performance of the store

● Ensures cleanliness of the store is maintained

● Ensures standards are followed and maintained

● Handles customer complaints and queries

● Ordering, monitoring and storage keeping of stocks

● Scheduling of staff and assigns tasks to each one

Qualifications:

Graduate in 4 year course

  • With or without experience

  • Can work in shifting Schedule

  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply
