Store Operations Manager Job Description

Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines Cebu Atlantic Hardware, Inc. Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the day to day store operations including cashiering, stocks replenishment and receiving, and inventory management.
  • Ensures outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times; ensures that the store is tidy, clean and stock levels are complete at the end of the shift.
  • Analyses sales figures; interprets trends to facilitate planning and forecast future plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
  • Develops annual store budget and manages operational expenses.
  • Coordinates with the Engineering Department for major projects; ensures compliance on day to day Facilities Management activities
  • Directs and supervises staff across the store to ensure they meet set objectives; plans monthly schedules of Team Leaders;checks and adjusts manpower plantilla as necessary.
  • Monitors Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjusts the focus of improvement efforts as needed to meet store goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least five years experience in handling Retail Store Operations preferably in the same industry.
