Position: Store Supervisor

Location: Easy Cebu (near Sto. Niño and CCLEX)

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8 hours/day

About the Role

We are a looking for a Store Supervisor with a background in accounting, inventory/stocks management, and order fulfillment. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, ensure accurate inventory, handle reports, assist in marketing, and help us hit our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and staff performance
  • Manage inventory, stock counts and forecasting, and customer order fulfillment
  • Perform encoding, data entry, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and transactions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with suppliers and business partners
  • Assist in marketing and social media activities
  • Handle compliance, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the store hits its monthly sales target

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail/wholesale store supervision or related role
  • Knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets; strong computer skills
  • Basic social media management skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fast learner, patient, committed, and dependable
