Job Summary:

A social media associate is responsible for monitoring and managing the content and interactions on various social media platforms. He/she ensures that all user-generated content complies with company policies and guidelines, while also fostering positive engagement and maintaining a respectful online community.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring social media channels regularly to review, approve, and remove user-generated content, comments, and messages that violate community guidelines or are inappropriate
  • Providing captions and content ideas for social media accounts
  • Responding to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel for resolution
  • Engaging with users by liking, sharing, or responding to their posts, comments, or messages to build a positive relationship and maintain a sense of community
  • Identifying and reporting any emerging trends or issues to the social media team to inform content strategy and community management efforts
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to generate and promote engaging and relevant content on social media platforms
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to escalate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media management, content creation, and community management
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, followers' growth, and sentiment analysis to provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media strategies
  • Implementing and enforcing social media policies, guidelines, and standards to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's brand voice, mission, values, and objectives to ensure social media content aligns with the overall brand image

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social management and analytical tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
