About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee/Officer to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team at Coalesce Sales Incorporated. As a full-time role based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, this position will play a vital part in expanding our social media presence and driving engagement with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms
  2. Creating visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, including images, videos, and captions
  3. Monitoring social media activity, tracking metrics, and providing regular performance reports
  4. Responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  6. Providing support for other marketing and communications tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to produce visually appealing content
  4. Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  5. Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  8. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
