Responsibilities:

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via Social Media Platform
  • Monitor company tags, mentions, and direct message
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
  • Help identify recurring customer feedback or emerging issues through social monitoring
  • Work closely with customer experience and marketing teams to align support efforts with brand voice
  • Contribute ideas for improving digital support workflows and customer satisfaction
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints with outmost confidentiality
  • Occasionally conduct Outbound calls to customers and respond to customer emails.
  • Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates or at least 2nd year College undergrad are welcome to apply.
  • Service experience, with Gaming experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • A good command of interpreting Written English and Local Tagalog Language
  • Computer Literate and familiar with basic office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
