Are you a creative storyteller who thrives in the digital space? We're looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Specialist to join our growing team If you love crafting compelling content, building communities, and bringing brands to life across social platforms — this is your chance to shine.

In this role, you'll take the lead in managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging campaigns, and collaborating with ambassadors and influencers who align with our brand values. You'll also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles — from writing copy that captivates audiences to transforming high-quality visuals into scroll-stopping social posts.

We're looking for someone who's not just strategic but also hands-on — someone who can manage content calendars, track performance metrics, and find new ways to connect with our audience. If you're experienced with Klaviyo, know your way around Canva, and have a passion for wellness or lifestyle brands, we want to hear from you

Job Highlights: 
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 20 hours per week; Tuesday and Friday 8 AM - 4 PM, or any two 8 hour workdays with additional flexible hours to complete the 20h per week role.

Client Time zone: EDT

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage social media content across all platforms using provided creative assets
  • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, and campaigns
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Update and maintain website content as needed
  • Coordinate and manage ambassador program, including identifying potential partners
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendar
  • Repurpose high-production creative assets into various social media formats
  • Reach out to and manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Integrate user-generated content from ambassador program into social strategy
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong copywriting skills with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform
  • Proficiency in Canva and other basic design tools
  • Experience working with wellness or similar lifestyle brands preferred
  • Ability to manage influencer partnerships and ambassador programs
  • Strong organizational skills for content calendar management
  • Experience repurposing and optimizing creative assets for different platforms
