Recruitment Associate

Responsible for the day-to-day management of communications, talent acquisition, documentation creation, and record keeping to ensure activities in operations are streamlined and conform to the organization's values, principles, and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
  • Provides access to timekeeping system, learning management system and email to new hires
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Recommend strategies to reinforce employee retention
  • Administer new-hire orientation, onboarding, and training program
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
  • Responsible for interdepartmental communications
  • Cover all pre-employment requirements and documentation
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
