Lipa City, Calabarzon, Philippines Knack RCM (formerly HealthyBOS) Full time ₱192,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles using multiple recruitment platforms and strategies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant channels
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Eventually manage onboarding processes, including:
  • Verifying and collecting pre-employment requirements
  • Coordinating background checks
  • Ensuring timely completion of onboarding documentation
  • Providing support and information to new hires before their start date

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and candidate screening
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Experience supporting onboarding processes is an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to work a mid-shift schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
