  • Coordinate and manage project activities including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs, workshops, or outreach activities.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports, documentation, and evaluations.
  • Liaise with internal departments, trainers, students, and external stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, corporate partners, schools).
  • Provide administrative support in project planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and project goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in a training or educational institution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
