Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Oversee employee records, contracts, government remittances, and compliance
  • Monitor attendance, tardiness, and leaves in coordination with department heads
  • Manage payroll computations and ensure timely distribution in coordination with Accounting
  • Administer benefits and handle employee concerns, grievances, and resolutions
  • Draft and implement HR policies and disciplinary protocols

Organizational Oversight

  • Maintain and update the company's organizational chart and departmental structures
  • Assist in manpower planning and staff scheduling in coordination with operations teams
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, from job posting to orientation

Administrative Functions

  • Draft HR memos, performance evaluations, and disciplinary notices
  • Coordinate trainings, seminars, and staff development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and labor regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
