Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for carrying out day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing support to employees and management in all areas of HR. This role covers recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Promote positive employee relations and foster a culture of engagement.
- Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement and welfare programs.
3. Training & Development
- Coordinate training needs analysis with department heads.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee skill development.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
- Track probationary and annual performance evaluations.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (leaves, absences, overtime).
- Administer government-mandated and company-provided benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, insurance).
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS or database.
6. HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in policy formulation, communication, and implementation.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
7. HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).
- Provide HR support for audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection of employee information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
