About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits (CompenBen) and a passion for HR excellence. This role is key in ensuring that HR processes are well-managed, employees are fully supported, and company policies are effectively implemented, especially in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to making a positive impact on both employees and the organization. This position requires occasional site visits to support operations and ensure compliance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions with focus on Compensation & Benefits administration, including payroll validation, government contributions, and employee benefits.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor HR compliance, employee engagement, and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports with keen attention to detail.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation, employee engagement programs, and training initiatives.
  • Act as a reliable partner to management and employees in addressing HR-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a logistics, manufacturing, or service-driven industry.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits administration.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to conduct on-site visits as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with 100% passion and commitment to HR work.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.
