Senior Compliance Manager

XtendOps is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team. The ideal candidate is seeking to deepen their expertise in IT and software compliance frameworks. You will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, possess a hands-on approach to compliance management, and have experience navigating complex regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for organizing and executing compliance initiatives while collaborating across departments to ensure adherence to global standards.

• 7 years of experience in compliance management, preferably within the BPO industry

• Strong focus on IT and software compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI

• Demonstrated experience in policy development and implementation

• Experience conducting risk assessments and internal audits

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements

• Strong understanding of Philippine regulations related to BPO operations

• Knowledge of international compliance regulations relevant to global operations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies

• Proficiency in compliance management tools and documentation

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership capabilities with a mentoring approach

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or related field

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or other relevant compliance certifications

• Experience implementing compliance programs in new geographic regions remotely

• Knowledge of additional languages relevant to XtendOps' global operations

• Experience with data privacy regulations across multiple jurisdictions

• Prior experience in a multinational organization

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Create, review, and update company compliance policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current laws and regulations

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Design and deliver training sessions to educate employees about compliance policies and procedures

• Perform internal audits to assess adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance activities and report to senior management

• Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and integrated

• Research and establish compliance frameworks for new geographical regions without the need for travel

• Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of compliance excellence
