Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  2. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Coordinate the annual audit process and respond to auditor inquiries.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in accounting and finance principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Audit and compliance knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards.
