Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms. This position offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, event coordination, and digital marketing, all within a company committed to sustainability and innovation. The intern will gain valuable exposure to the renewable energy industry while contributing to brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and monitor their performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
  • Help create marketing materials such as presentations, and newsletters.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Maintain the marketing database

Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or in any related field.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Duration:

Minimum of 3 months (can be extended based on performance and availability)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid or on-site depending on project requirements

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php Php200.00 per day
