Associate, Customer Relations

Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Customer Relations Advisor to ensure efficient and timely delivery of team outputs. Support call center operations and handle tickets and cases as assigned by the Team Leader.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative work.
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
