Our Manila site supports three lines of business during the morning shift – AUS Debt Purchase, CCFS Lending, and Collection Services. What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collection Services?
You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

  • As a problem solver, this position is ideal for those who are curious and driven to uncover solutions
  • You will manage a portfolio of accounts or work through a Dialler system, dedicating half of your time to tracking down customers and the other half to negotiating, helping them find a sustainable way to address their financial challenges.

What are we looking for?

  • Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite)
  • Willing to work on some holidays with pay
  • Some experience working towards deadlines, targets or KPIs in a previous role
  • Clear, confident English communicator with the ability to persuade or influence people
  • Competitive personality and drive for success
  • Respectful and empathetic
  • Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and valid IDs ready before applying

You don't need to be harsh to work as a Debt Collector We prioritize attitude over years of experience, so previous collections experience is not required. If you believe you have the skills to excel in this role, we would be thrilled to hear from you.
