What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collection Services?

  • You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

  • As a problem solver, this position is ideal for those who are curious and driven to uncover solutions

  • You will manage a portfolio of accounts or work through a Dialler system, dedicating half of your time to tracking down customers and the other half to negotiating, helping them find a sustainable way to address their financial challenges.

What are we looking for? 

  • Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite - Ayala Makati)

  • Willing to work  on some holidays with pay   

  • Some experience working towards deadlines, targets or KPIs in a previous role

  • Clear, confident English communicator with the ability to persuade or influence people

  • Competitive personality and drive for success

  • Respectful and empathetic 

  • Must already have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig,  TIN numbers and valid IDs ready before applying
