Educational Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Degree: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Some roles may accept recent graduates as well.
- Basic Understanding of HR Concepts: Some knowledge of HR processes, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation, is often beneficial.
- Hours of internship: Need to complete 600 hours or more for their internship.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, management, and candidates.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized is highly valued.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and following up on HR tasks is crucial.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
